Use the fill tool to pour the fill colour onto an existing rectangle or ellipse. Imported SVG/image elements can be moved, scaled & rotated with the Select tool.

Set the name and footprint of your object, then save. Switch to the Draw tab to edit the artwork.

Create Pattern

Upload a tile image (PNG or JPEG, max 256×256) or an SVG. It will tile seamlessly across floor regions.

How to use the Floorplanner
Tools
V Select & move — click an item, drag to reposition, drag the corner handles to resize furniture & roofs, Del to remove.
Wall — hold and drag at any angle, release to confirm. Endpoints snap to the grid; hold Shift to lock to a straight axis.
G Floor — paint flooring in rectangle or polygon mode with a chosen (or custom) pattern texture.
Door / N Window — a ghost preview snaps onto the nearest wall; click to drop it in.
R Roof — hold and drag a rectangle, release to confirm.
F Furniture — pick an object from the chooser, a ghost preview follows the cursor; click to place. It snaps to the 4×4 sub-grid, and snaps flush against walls automatically. Q/E rotate.
Parking Lot — set how many Small (2×3), Regular (2×4), Large (2×5) and XL (2×6) spots you want, then hold and drag a rectangle. The stalls are generated in the most space-efficient layout. With the lot selected you can drag any single stall to a new position and the rest re-flow around it.
H Pan — or hold Space / middle-mouse drag. Scroll to zoom. Use WASD or the arrow keys to move around.

Furniture objects
Use the chooser to pick from the built-in library, or create your own: draw it with shapes (stroke & fill), or paste/upload an SVG or image (PNG/JPEG). Custom pieces can be saved, exported, imported, edited and deleted.

Floors
Move between the basement, ground floor and up to 5 floors above. Each floor keeps its own plan, and the floor below is shown faintly as a guide (toggle with the layers button).

Grid
The plan is a 50×50 cell grid. Walls snap to the cell edges; each cell is divided into a 4×4 sub-grid for placing furniture.
